The second Saturday of each month, Sister Bean’s Coffee House generously donates 10% of their sales to Love the Hungry. Stop by for gourmet coffee, Louisville Cream ice cream, specialty drinks, and many other delights. Across from Iroquois Park at 5225 New Cut Rd. It’s coffee for a cause!
The sales team from Bob Hook Chevrolet is partnering with Love the Hungry for a Monday morning service project. Volunteers will produce more than 2,000 Nutri-Plenty® servings.
Second grade students at Switzerland County Elementary are joining Love the Hungry for their annual service project – packaging 10,000 fortified meals for malnourished children throughout the world.
Volunteers will package 2,000 Nutri-Plenty® serving during this small-group event.
5th grade volunteers will package 10,000 Nutri-Plenty® servings during this year-end service event.
Student volunteers will package more than 20,000 fortified meals to benefit Orphan Grain Train.
FFA volunteers will package 30,000 fortified meals during their annual State Convention.
Volunteers from Ulster Project Louisville will package 10,000 Nutri-Plenty® servings.
Stop by Sister Bean’s Coffee House on Saturday, July 13 and enjoy gourmet coffee, specialty drinks and other delights. 10% of the Second Saturday sales will be donated to Love the Hungry! Across from Iroquois Park, Sister Bean’s is one of Louisville’s favorite neighborhood coffee shops and a long-time supporter of Love the Hungry.
